Key Responsibilities
Define and prioritize growth objectives aligned with business goals
Identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks impacting performance
Test and optimize acquisition and conversion tactics across channels
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Propose and experiment with new initiatives to attract and convert leads
Translate ideas into actionable growth experiments
Analyze performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices
Profile & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or strong interest in these areas)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a growth, marketing, or lead generation role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, dynamic, and self-motivated mindset
Excellent English skills (written and spoken) is mandatory
French is a plus
Strong interest in sales and business growth
Comfortable using AI tools for experimentation, campaign optimization, lead targeting, analytics, automation, and productivity enhancement
