Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to QA processes, test strategies, and validation activities
- Design and execute test plans and validation scenarios
- Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases
- Identify, document, and track defects and non-conformities
- Review functional and technical specifications
- Ensure deliverables meet quality and project requirements
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, Business Analysts, and Delivery teams
- Participate in continuous improvement of QA practices
- Provide clear and structured testing reports
Profile & Requirements
- Engineering degree or strong IT background
- Good understanding of Agile testing methodologies and best practices
- Familiarity with quality standards and QA processes
- Foundational programming knowledge: Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and quality-driven mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Exposure to or willingness to work with testing and QA tools such as Selenium, Playwright, GitLab, Cucumber, Postman, Jira, VMware, or similar technologies
- ISTQB certification is a plus
- Comfortable using AI tools to assist with test design, test case generation, defect analysis, documentation, and productivity improvement
