Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive ISMS compliant with ISO 27001
- Lead the organization toward ISO 27001 certification and audit readiness
- Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks across all departments
- Strengthen data security, confidentiality, and incident response processes
- Integrate existing security controls (logical, technical, and physical) into the ISMS framework
- Conduct internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive employee awareness and security training programs
- Monitor regulatory requirements (GDPR and others) and ensure compliance
Profile & Requirements
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in information security, including senior leadership roles (CISO experience is a plus)
- Strong expertise in ISO 27001 frameworks and information security governance
- Solid understanding of GDPR and regulatory compliance
- Background in software security and secure development practices is a plus
- Excellent risk management and incident response capabilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications are a plus (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISA, CRISC)
- Comfortable using AI tools for risk analysis, security monitoring, incident detection, compliance automation, reporting, and productivity improvement
