Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive ISMS compliant with ISO 27001
  • Lead the organization toward ISO 27001 certification and audit readiness
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks across all departments
  • Strengthen data security, confidentiality, and incident response processes
  • Integrate existing security controls (logical, technical, and physical) into the ISMS framework
  • Conduct internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive employee awareness and security training programs
  • Monitor regulatory requirements (GDPR and others) and ensure compliance


Profile & Requirements

  • Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in information security, including senior leadership roles (CISO experience is a plus)
  • Strong expertise in ISO 27001 frameworks and information security governance
  • Solid understanding of GDPR and regulatory compliance
  • Background in software security and secure development practices is a plus
  • Excellent risk management and incident response capabilities
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant certifications are a plus (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISA, CRISC)
  • Comfortable using AI tools for risk analysis, security monitoring, incident detection, compliance automation, reporting, and productivity improvement
