Customer Success Associate - Full time

We’re crafting the future of the voice-over industry, and we’re currently looking for a full-time Customer Success Associate who’ll help Voice 123's voice actors and clients around the world! Responsibilities🙌

  • Communicate with users who need support. Our main tool is Zendesk.

  • Write emails, take live chats, and call users to ensure that every voice actor project is fulfilled.

  • Deal with complex client and voice actor requests.

  • Offer assistance and provide solutions to users when something goes wrong.

  • Ensure that our customers are provided with the highest quality service and a positive, memorable experience.

  • Manage your own OKRs, KPIs, and Roadmaps.

  • Provide feedback to voice actors on their audio quality.

  • Other languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL or Zendesk is a plus.

You will be expected to remain in this role for at least one year. The knowledge and experience you’ll gain may then enable you to complete the role cycle and move into the following roles, either at Voice123 or somewhere else:

  • Senior Customer Success Associate

  • Key Account Manager

  • Community manager

  • UX Researcher

  • Intrapreneur

  • Founder of your own business.

Team structure🧬

You will be working directly with the Customer Success Lead and the CEO. Of course, as we learn, experiment, and grow, our team structures may change.

Working remotely 🌎

At Voice123, we are used to working in a distributed manner, so this role is open to professionals anywhere in the GMT-5 time zone. While you can work from home, you can also choose to work from a coworking space, It's part of our perks.

Compensation and perks🤑

At Voice123, we value transparency; your compensation will be USD 18,000 a year, including taxes and social security costs. As part of the career path, this may change as long as you grow in the role.
