Customer Success Associate - Full time

We're crafting the future of the voice-over industry and were currently looking for a full-time Customer Success Associate wholl help look after Voice123's global user base of voice actors and clients! So, are you comfortable working in a highly-efficient and fast-paced technology environment? Then this is a fantastic career opportunity!


  • Communicate with users who need support. Zendesk is the primary tool youll be using.

  • Answer emails, do live chats, and call users to ensure every one of our customers receives the highest quality service.

  • Manage your own KPIs.

  • Manage your own OKRs and roadmaps after the first year.

  • Provide feedback to voice actors on the quality of their profiles.

  • The ability to respond quickly as well as creatively to unexpected situations and turn problems into opportunities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with web technology.

  • A learning mindset.

  • Native English speaker/writer or someone with at least C1 level certification.

  • Experience in voice-over or audio production is a plus.

  • Other languages are a plus.

  • Knowledge of SQL, Zendesk, Hubspot, and sales is definitely a plus!

Career path

Youll be expected to remain in the role for at least one year. The knowledge and experience you'll gain once youve completed the role cycle may enable you to move into the following roles - either at Voice123 or somewhere else:

  • Senior Customer Success Associate

  • Key Account Manager

  • Customer Success Lead

  • Community Manager

  • UX Researcher

  • Intrapreneur

  • Founder of your own business.

Team structure

Youll be working directly with the Customer Success Lead. Of course, as we learn, experiment, and grow, our team structures may change.

Working remotely

Voice123 has long been a remote-first company, so this role is open to professionals anywhere in the GMT-5 time zone. You can work from home or you can work from a coworking space, if you prefer - its included in your perks package.

Compensation and perks

We value transparency, so your compensation will be USD 19,800 annually. This figure includes social security and taxes; those costs are your responsibility. As part of your career path, however, your income is likely to increase as you grow in the role.
