Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to support the full talent acquisition cycle. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing needs while ensuring alignment with company standards, service expectations, and cultural fit.

The Recruitment Specialist manages screening, interviews, assessments, hiring coordination, and candidate communication while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are achieved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and screen résumés, prioritizing candidates with customer service experience.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess communication skills, service orientation, and role suitability.
  • Evaluate candidates ability to handle challenging customer scenarios.
  • Administer contact center–specific assessments (multitasking, system handling, etc.).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct employment reference checks.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Update and manage candidate records in the ATS system.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract qualified talent.
  • Stay updated on contact center recruitment best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Technical degree or university student in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Experience: Recruitment or customer service experience.
  • English Level: B2- Upper Intermediate.

    • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    • Rotative Saturdays:9:00AM to 12:00 PM
