Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent & Culture Coordinator to ensure compliance with Dominican labor laws and internal policies while supporting the execution of HR processes across VoiceTeam. This role ensures accurate employee registration, documentation, and benefits administration, while serving as a liaison between Talent & Culture and other departments to promote efficient operations, employee satisfaction, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with Dominican labor laws and company policies by preparing and submitting DGT-3, DGT-4, and DGT-9 forms.
  • Register new hires in TSS and process employment contracts in compliance with the Ministry of Labor.
  • Oversee the vacation process, ensuring accurate tracking and alignment with internal policies and Dominican labor regulations.
  • Manage benefits administration, including SFS (health insurance), dependents registration, and IDOPRIL reporting.

Employee Lifecycle & Data Management

  • Enter employee information, updates, and changes into the companys HRIS (e.g., NewSoft) and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring employees submit all legally required documentation, are properly registered, and receive a positive and compliant introduction to the company culture.
  • Coordinate payroll adjustments, including promotions, salary modifications, and line-of-business movements.
  • Process employee exits, manage return of company assets, and ensure timely deactivation of accounts across all systems.
  • Act as a liaison for labor relations, supporting positive employee interactions, conflict resolution, and adherence to labor standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, wellness, culture, or compliance programs.
  • English Level: B2,able to communicate confidently and professionally in English.
  • Technical Skills: knowledge of TSS, IDOPRIL, SISALRIL, DGT forms (3,4,9), and payroll systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Labor Relations, Human Resources Compliance, or Organizational Management.

  • Experience in multinational or service industry environments.

  • Advanced knowledge of Dominican labor law and HRIS platforms.
