Campaign Overview:

This campaign focuses on offering customer service for a telecommunications company, which includes assisting with payment inquiries, providing general information about the service, and offering technical support when needed. Below are the details regarding the schedule and payment:

Training Details:

• Duration: Up to 4 weeks
• Schedule during training: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Hourly rate during training: RD$190 p/h

Work Schedule (Post-Training):

Work Schedule (Post-Training)*: Monday to Sunday from 08:00 AM-05:30 PM /DLS/ 09:00 AM - 06:30 PM with 2 rotatives days off

Hourly Rate once in operation:

• Base Payment: RD$200 per hour
• Performance Bonus: Additional RD$30 per hour (based on performance)
• After 3 months: Agents can earn up to USD$40 monthly (performance-based)
