Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent & Culture Generalist to execute and control core Talent & Culture processes while ensuring full compliance with Dominican labor laws and internal policies. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, contracts, benefits, and HR systems, while also providing on-site support for Wellness and Culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage HR processes in compliance with Dominican labor laws and internal policies.
- Prepare and submit required government documentation (DGT-3, DGT-4, DGT-9), and maintain registrations with TSS, SFS, IDOPRIL, and the Ministry of Labor.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and updates across HR systems and payroll platforms.
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding.
- Administer benefits enrollment, updates, and related reporting.
- Coordinate payroll-related changes such as promotions, salary adjustments, and transfers.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR documentation, benefits, and processes.
- Support labor relations through proper documentation, follow-up, and coordination with leadership.
- Assist with the execution of Wellness and Culture initiative
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in HR, wellness, culture, or compliance programs.
- English Level: B1 -Intermediate.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of TSS, IDOPRIL, SISALRIL, DGT forms (3, 4, 9), and payroll systems.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday: 8 a.m to 12 p.m. rotative
