About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop / Garage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our workshop. The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians, ensuring all vehicle repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities
• Lead and support a team of technicians to deliver high-quality repair and maintenance work
• Perform and oversee vehicle diagnostics, including pre- and post-repair testing
• Ensure all work is completed within set timelines and service standards
• Maintain clear and effective communication between workshop operations and administration
• Ensure the workshop is clean, well-organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Plan and organize workflow, tools, and workspace for maximum efficiency
• Monitor job progress and address any technical or operational challenges

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with motor vehicles
• Proven experience in a supervisory or similar leadership role within a workshop/garage
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and team management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
