Budget 30k – 35k
Job Purpose
The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors. In a branding company, this role is critical in creating a strong first impression, supporting client experience, and ensuring smooth office operations while upholding the company's brand image and values.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Client Experience
- Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and suppliers in a warm, professional, and brand-aligned manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, directing them appropriately
- Maintain the reception area to reflect the company's brand standards and aesthetics
- Schedule and confirm client meetings, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared
Administrative Support
- Receive, register, and distribute incoming mail, documents, and courier packages
- Maintain front desk records, visitor logs, and appointment schedules
- Assist with filing, data entry, and basic office documentation
- Support the operations and creative teams with administrative tasks when required
Office Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and service providers
- Monitor and report on office supplies and stationery needs
- Assist in coordinating internal meetings, events, and client presentations
Brand Representation
- Uphold and communicate the company's brand values, tone, and professionalism at all times
- Ensure consistency in client interaction aligned with the company's brand positioning
- Handle client inquiries and concerns politely and escalate when necessary

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Front Office Management, Public Relations, or related field
- At least 1–2 years' experience in a receptionist or front office role (experience in a creative or corporate environment is an added advantage)
- Familiarity with office equipment (telephone systems, printers, scanners)
