Additional Requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • B1+ English level

Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with product analytics tools and project management methodologies.

  •  Basic understanding of programming concepts and software development life cycle.

  • Familiarity with trading concepts, platforms, and market trends.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and values, especially the Scrum framework.

  • Proficiency in conducting market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

  • Understanding of business operations, strategy, and the ability to align product development with organizational goals.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities.

  • The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in all stages of the product development cycle, from idea generation to launch and post-launch activities.
  2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  3. Contribute to the development and execution of product strategies to ensure that the product aligns with market needs and organizational goals.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure cohesive product development and implementation.
  5. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform improvements and future development.
  6.  Communicate product updates and performance to stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and external partners.
