Acerca del puesto Dynamics 365 Customer Service Specialist (Spain, Remote)
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace to join a dynamic and highly skilled team. You will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring alignment with functional requirements and product best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace

Support the continuous improvement of the platform within the working environment

Analyze functional requirements and ensure proper alignment with product capabilities

Configure and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework

Apply best practices and official documentation guidelines when working with Copilot Service Workspace and Microsoft APM SDK

Collaborate in agile environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies

Work with collaborative tools such as Jira

Manage tasks autonomously while maintaining high quality standards in development and implementation
Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service environments

Knowledge of Copilot Service Workspace (based on official documentation)

Experience implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework

Practical knowledge of Microsoft APM SDK

Strong JavaScript programming skills

Experience with TypeScript
Fluent English and Spanish
