The Role

As a Vospers Sales Controller you will be striving to achieve all sales objectives, through working closely with the Sales team. You will be focusing on achieving maximum profitability from vehicle, finance, insurance and accessory sales, by ensuring each customer receives exemplary customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Controlling
  • Selling cars by using the Vospers Sales Process
  • Managing preparation and hand over of sold vehicles to customers
  • Prospecting for customers and identifying customers needs.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

  • Previous motor dealership sales experience
  • UK Driving License
  • Motivated by a passion for quality, results and great service delivery
  • An eye for detail and punctuality

Location

Truro, Cornwall

Hours of Work

43.5 Hours per week:

Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week (not currently open on Sundays)

£22,000 basic salary, plus bonus scheme with OTE of £60,000
