Assistant Finance Manager- Management Reporting| Listed Co- Logistic

Responsibilities:

· Conduct short-term and long-term financial plans (P&L and cashflow projections) including annual budget/periodic forecasts by working closely with operation team.

· Prepare monthly and ad hoc management reports on timely basis

· Drive monthly financial reviews to analyse profit drivers (e.g. sales, gross margin, opex) by route/channel, and act as partner with Business Heads to identify opportunities for enhancing financial performance

· Develop new reports to deliver business insights

· Contribute to business plan formulation by developing financial models to evaluate business scenarios

· Collaborate closely with Accounting Team to ensure management reporting aligns with group requirements

· Streamline and improve FP&A workflow as and when appropriate

· Tackle ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements:

· Degree holder in finance/accounting, holding HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications

· At least 5 years of FP&A work experience in logistics/forwarder/warehouse (3PL/4PL)

· Advanced Excel skills is a must

· Inquisifive mindset, with hands-on working style

· Solid knowledge/experience of accounting operations in related industries will be an added value

· Able to work under pressure and meet fight deadlines

· Work well in matrix environments

· Fluent in both English and Mandarin; solid capability in communicating across different locations and functional group
