We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Hostel Admin to manage daily hostel operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized living environment for residents. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle administrative and operational tasks independently.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in any field
  • At least 1 year working experience in hostel operations, admin, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of hostel management, housekeeping standards, and compliance
  • Willing to learn and follow company policies and procedures
  • Willing to work at Senai, Johor area

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hostel operations including cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs
  • Conduct regular hostel inspections to ensure standards are maintained
  • Manage check-in, check-out, and bed/room allocation processes
  • Handle maintenance requests, purchase requisitions, and payment documentation
  • Monitor worker/resident welfare and handle complaints or issues promptly
  • Conduct supplier coordination and basic audit checks when required
  • Prepare operational reports including fire drill records and safety documentation
  • Assist with authority submissions (e.g., JTK, MPKU) and utility-related documentation
