Risk Management Officer / Executive

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics and Law required for this position.
• Minimum 2 years of within required experience in Compliance/Risk Management/ Business Management or any related field (Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply)
• Good understanding of business processes and internal controls.
• Ability to work independently and execute projects with minimum supervision to complete work within required deadlines.
• Candidate must willing to work at Senai, Johor area.

Job Responsibilities:

Risk Management

• Support the development, implementation and promotion of the Groups Risk Management framework and policies across the company.
• Liaise with business units or centralized function to identify, analyse, monitor and report risks impacting business operations and assists in the risk management planning and reporting exercise.
• Co-ordinate and execute all activities relating to Risk management and assists in the reporting activities.
• Drive and promote a strong risk culture in the company by developing training and staff communications.
• Conduct ad hoc assignments and special projects when required.

Sustainability Management

• Assists in developing strategies and sustainability plan to address sustainability issues within the Group.
• Monitor the implementation of the developed strategies and sustainability plan by Business Unit / Crentralised functions.
• Conduct sustainability related risk assessment.
• Review sustainability program objectives, progress, or status to compliance with policies, standards, regulations or laws.
• Develop sustainability reports, presentations, or proposals to the management and for company's stakeholders.
