Supply Chain - Executive/ Asst Manager (Philippines)

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, Manufacturing, or related field
  
• Minimum 3 years experience at supply chain / procurement / planning / NPI roles
  
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations 
  
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and presentation skills
• Experience in manufacturing environment is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and alignment with business objectives
• Oversee demand planning, supply planning, and inventory control to ensure optimal material availability and production support
  
• Drive procurement strategies, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and performance management
  
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution
  
• Monitor key supply chain KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, supply risk, cost performance) and implement improvement initiatives
  
• Manage and resolve supply chain disruptions, customer complaints, and supply risks in a timely and structured manner
  
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to supply chain team members to enhance overall performance
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and cost reduction programs
