Injection Manager

Job Requirements:

• Possess Diploma or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• With five (5) years of relevant experience in the plastic injection molding industry, including mold setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection processes, and manufacturing parameters.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills with strong attention to detail and focus on product quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control manpower and equipment capacity to optimize productivity and meet production schedules.
• Oversee daily injection molding operations, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to molding engineers and technicians.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate subordinates; develop staff competencies through education, knowledge transfer, and on-the-job training.
• Plan and manage production projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance reviews to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence.
