Engineer (Energy Management)

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in ISO 50001 implementation and auditing.
• Licensed Professional Engineer with at least six months of working experience in the efficient management of electrical energy.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the new Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analysis and auditing: Conduct energy audits, collect and analyze data to identify inefficiencies, and benchmark consumption against best practices.
• Strategy and implementation: Develop and implement energy management systems and projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Performance monitoring: Track energy performance, monitor the implementation of energy-saving measures, and report results.
• Compliance and reporting: Ensure the organization complies with energy-related legislation and submit required reports on time.
• Sustainability advocacy: Promote the use of sustainable and renewable energy resources and raise awareness about energy conservation throughout the organization.
