MIS Analysts

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• With at least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in software/application development or related field.
• Required skills: MS SQL (querying), SSIS, Tableau or Power BI, Python.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with large datasets to conduct in-depth analysis of operational and performance data using SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions. Identify, extract, and analyze relevant data from databases to meet specific operational and strategic needs.
• Centralize and integrate data from multiple diverse sources into the data hub, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Python and SQL, streamlining data workflows and automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI / Tableau). Optimize performance and improve data visualization to enhance accessibility and comprehension of insights for stakeholders.
• Build and manage SQL tables, views, and stored procedures to support reporting and analytics requirements. Handle ad-hoc data extraction, transformation, and reporting requests in a timely manner.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks using Python to ensure high data integrity and accuracy across reporting systems.
• Continuously improve data processes by implementing automation scripts, improving query performance, and recommending data architecture enhancements.
