Engineering Manager

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Degree in Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering or any related field
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to review mechanical/ electronics drawing.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customer on their product requirement.
• Define the design concept and structure to customer base on their requirements.
• Assigned development project in line with customer's requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure the design product meet the cost, quality and delivery requirements.
• Carry out the DFMEA, DFM and Tolerances Stack Study.
• Resolve the issues related to design using problem solving skill and generate A3 and 8D reports.
