Job Requirements:

  • With bachelor's degree in engineering field and at least 5 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, quality management control or a related field is often preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, assisting with product installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase product capabilities and ensure proper usage. 
  • Gather customer feedback and document requirements to inform product development and improvements.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to provide support and training.
  • Monitor all process batches with quality issues, ensuring that products meet customer specifications from the launch of new products to ongoing quality management.
  • Work closely with customers and engineering teams to outline product specifications and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Involved in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
