The main purpose of this role is to contribute to profitable sales volume and meeting strategic targets through managing clients' accounts.

  1. Managing client accounts and contributing to the strategic account planning process.
  2. Maintains accurate and detailed information relevant to customer accounts for the purpose of conducting analysis that influences account-specific decision-making.
  3. Responsible for ensuring that profitable sales volume and strategic objective targets are met for the assigned accounts.
  4. Increase sales revenue by offering promotions or new upgrades/subscription plans.
  5. Increase customer satisfaction by building a strong relationship with customers.
  6. Analyse, understand and recommend solutions that improve customers business process and increase their productivity.
  7. Analyse customer accounts/industry and recommend solutions to grow account size and value.
  8. Prepare detailed proposals/quotes depending on each customer's requirements.
  9. Handles related duties as are necessary for the proper management of accounts and duties assigned.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  1. Candidate must possess Degree / Diploma in Sales, Business Management, or any other related field
  2. Minimum of 3 years of working experience in account management or sales
  3. Excellent proposal writing, project management and presentation skills to customers at senior management level
  4. 4. Good analytical skills for comprehensive understanding of what is required to develop and maintain the most valuable customer relationships and translate them into practical solutions
  5. Self-motivated to work towards clearly defined targets as well as able to analyse, identify and explain any variance from targets
  6. Disciplined time management and able to work under pressure independently
  7. Good attention to details and organizational skills for planning, following and ensuring compliance with operational processes
  8. Highly developed social, interpersonal and communication skills for management of customer relationships and all stakeholders.
