Production Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the EMS manufacturing field is required for this position.
• Applicant must work on rolling shift.
• Applicants must be willing to work in SENAI.
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure production line is running follow the schedule plan to fulfill the shipment requirement.
• Conduct daily meetings with leaders, technician to review the daily activity and schedule plan.
• Control the rejected materials cause by operator process with budget guideline.
• Ensure all operator are well trained & qualified operator for critical process.
• Ensure all message from top management is clearly convert to down line.
• Ensure department KPI is achieved and provide action plan if fail to be achieved.
• Work closely with warehouse, planner and buyer on materials status to avoid any downtime due to material issue.
