Production Line Leader

Job Requirements:

• With at least 1 year of experience in a production leadership role in the manufacturing industry.
• Able to arrange manpower and production control.
• Able to control operator discipline.
• Abel to work on rolling shift pattern and work at Senai, Johor area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily line defective, output performance and reporting to superior.
• Ensure the material are correct and sufficient for line usage.
• Educate and train new operator.
• Maintain 5S at production area.
