R&D Asst Manager

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Software/ Compute Engineering or any equivalent.
• Preferable 5 year(s) of working experience in the R&D field for this position.
• Able to review Mechanical/ Electronics Drawing or Software/ Firmware created by subordinate.
• Candidate must willing to work at Senai, Johor area.
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customer on their product requirements.
• Define the design concept and structure to customer base on their requirements.
• Design the assigned development project in line with customer's requirements and deadlines.
• Make sure the design product is meet the cost, quality and delivery requirements.
• Carry out the DFMEA, DFM, Tolerances Stack Study.
• Resolve the issues related to design using problem solving skill and generate A3 and 8D reports.
• Research and study new technology and share knowledge amount the team.
