Supply Chain Executive

Guardian South East Asia (GSEA) / V.S. Integrated Management Sdn. Bhd. (VSIM), a subsidiary of V.S. Industry Berhad, is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory and logistics matters/processes to ensure smooth operations in our transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Drive, follow up and expedite both import and export activities including custom clearance, shipping document preparation, and permit application
• Manage inventory movement, stock counting, stock control, and other related matters pertaining to inventory
• Conduct delivery time and transportation cost surveys to recommend the most timely yet cost-effective option
• Update all documents related to stock movement
• Accurately perform all assigned logistical tasks, including timely processing of goods loading, unloading, receiving, issuing, labelling, sorting, picking, and repacking
• Coordinate the delivery and pick-up schedule
• Produce monthly inventory level and movement reports
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• Diploma in Operations, Logistics Management or other related field
• 2 years of experience in inventory and logistics management is preferred
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Malaysian ONLY
