Risk Management Officer

V.S. Industry Berhad is seeking a qualified Risk Management Officer to join our team. To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Possess at least a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Audit, Legal, Compliance, or Risk Management is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated understanding of business processes and internal controls.
• Ability to work independently and execute projects with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to work in Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Risk Management Officer at V.S. Industry Berhad, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's risk management framework is robust and effectively implemented. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development, implementation, and promotion of the Groups Risk Management framework and policies throughout the company.
• Collaborating with various business units or centralized functions to identify, analyze, monitor, and report on risks affecting business operations. Assist in risk management planning and reporting exercises.
• Coordinating and executing all activities related to risk management and contributing to reporting activities.
• Driving and promoting a strong risk culture within the company by developing training programs and communicating risk-related information to staff.
• Conducting ad hoc assignments and special projects as required to address specific risk-related challenges or opportunities.
