Compliance Officer

V.S. Industry Berhad is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Possess at least a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Audit, Legal, Compliance, or Risk Management is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• A solid understanding of business processes and internal controls.
• Ability to work independently and execute projects with minimal supervision, ensuring work is completed within required deadlines.
• Willingness to work in Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Compliance Officer at V.S. Industry Berhad, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's compliance with all legal regulations and ethical standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring all operational processes and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
• Managing the flow of information by researching, recording, and analyzing data and information relevant to compliance.

• Acting as the contact person and liaison between department heads and senior management in regards to company policies and business processes.
• Conducting regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the law.
