Asst Shipping Officer

Job Requirements:

• Candidates should at least SPM, Diploma in supply Chain or any equivalent.
• Possess good problem solving, presentation and analytical skills.
• Candidates must be willing to work at Senai, Johor, Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Confirm shipment with planner.
  
• Process actual container volume & arranging call in empty container as per schedule.
• Coordinate with finished goods staff to issued and update picking list and output status on daily basis.
• Prepare shipping department documentation (DO, Invoice, Packing List)
• Data sheet preparation, update shipment details at delivery plan.
