We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to support and strengthen our manufacturing operations in the Philippines. The successful candidate will lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities, establish strong quality systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management within EMS / semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO 9001 and customer quality requirements.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining QMS and Document Control Center (DCC).
  • Knowledge of EMS processes such as PCBA, box-build assembly, incoming/in-process/final inspection.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with customer-facing experience.
  • Open to Malaysian candidates willing to work in the Philippines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead all QC activities to ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain inspection plans, control plans, and quality documentation systems.
  • Monitor quality KPIs, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvement actions to reduce defects and improve yield.
  • Lead investigations of customer complaints and internal quality issues using structured problem-solving tools.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on all quality-related issues, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support internal and external audits.
  • Manage, train, and develop the Quality team to achieve performance and quality objectives.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process transfer, and engineering change activities to ensure quality readiness.
