Engineering Manager (Based in Philippines)

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Degree in Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering or any related field
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to review mechanical/ electronics drawing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee departmental operations and lead a team of engineers and technicians.
• Drive all engineering activities, including process design, productivity improvement, line layout optimization, product engineering, Engineering Change Notice (ECN) management, and materials compliance.
• Evaluate, develop, and maintain work processes, procedures, and operating systems to support departmental functions and the manufacturing of existing products.
• Provide management support, including resource planning and team motivation.
• Establish departmental KPIs and drive monthly performance achievement.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
