Engineering Manager

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Degree in Engineering, Electronic & Electrical or any equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in EMS field and with 3 years in management level are required for this position.
• Candidate must be able to work in Senai, Johor. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all engineering activities or operation in the Company.
• Review production process by efficient methods at economical coast and run in the lean manufacturing concept.
• Develop and manage engineering department within the overall plan of the business.
• Mentor and develop personnel within the department.
• Manage engineering team to continuously improve manufacturing process through the introduction of appropriate process controls.
• Integrate new or modified equipment, tooling, process, procedures, SOP and safety requirements.
