  2. Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy Development: Design the brand identity (Brand DNA), core values, and a unique brand story for the school.
  • Market Research: Analyze competitors (other language centers), stay updated on education trends, and deeply understand the needs of parents/students.
  • Communications Campaign Management: Plan and oversee promotional campaigns for courses, scholarships on digital platforms (Social Media, Website) and traditional channels.
  • Brand Consistency Assurance: Monitor content, visual design, and service style across all branches to ensure alignment with the brand spirit.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with KOLs/Influencers in the education field, media outlets, and international educational organizations to elevate the school's standing.
  • Student Experience Management: Coordinate with the academic department to ensure teaching quality truly reflects the brand promise.
  1. Professional Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Languages.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in brand management; priority given to candidates with experience in the education sector (EdTech, English language centers).
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and outstanding creativity.
    • Excellent writing skills (Copywriting) and high visual aesthetic sense.
    • Proficient English (or the main language taught at the school) is a significant advantage.
    • Effective project and budget management skills.

  • Brand Awareness: Website traffic, organic engagement on fanpage/social media.
  • Credibility Metrics: Conversion rate from leads to enrolled students.
