Teaching Responsibilities

• Teach ESL (English as a Second Language) to secondary school students following the schools international curriculum.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that build students reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills.
• Prepare students for internal assessments and international-standard evaluations.
• Create and adapt lesson plans, activities, and assessments to meet diverse learner needs.
• Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and support students academic development.
• Participate in school meetings, training workshops, and academic events as required.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field; a Masters degree is an advantage.
• Teaching certification such as TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or a teaching license is required.
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, or European countries.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in ESL/ELA at the secondary level.
• Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, IB MYP) is preferred.
• Professional, organized, and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
