Responsibilities and Duties

1. Class preparation
   • Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities promptly
   • Create lesson plans and curricula and modify them accordingly throughout the year.
   • Develop and issue educational content, including notes, tests, and assignments
   • Integrate competencies, goals, and objectives into lesson plans.
2. Class management
   • Maintain student accountability and safety of students (i.e., attendance and behavior management) to encourage a productive learning environment.
   • Teach the lesson plans based on course objectives.
   • Teaching students aged 6-18 with an average 6-12 students class size.
   • Implement character-based education in all classes.
3. After class activities
   • Assign and grade homework, assignments, and tests.
   • Provide written reports (mid-term/end of term) for individual students.
   • Document students progress (i.e., progress reports and parent communication).
   • Maintain parent communication with support from local course consultants.
