Role Description

We are seeking an Observability Engineer to improve the visibility, measurement, and operational understanding of systems across our technology environment. This role focuses on metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerting strategy, and service insights that help teams detect issues faster and operate systems more effectively. You will work with software engineers, SREs, infrastructure teams, and security teams to improve observability practices and create actionable visibility across production services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning technical complexity into measurable operational insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve observability across applications and systems
• Define dashboards, alerts, and service visibility standards
• Support logs, metrics, and tracing implementation
• Partner with engineering teams to improve system insight
• Reduce alert noise and improve signal quality
• Support incident analysis and service improvement
• Maintain observability documentation and standards
