Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Temenos Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Temenos Core Banking (T24/Transact) solutions. This is a key role that ensures seamless system implementation and alignment with our banking operations.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in Temenos modules, a strong grasp of banking processes, and experience working on end-to-end core banking transformations. You will collaborate with internal teams, technology partners, and Temenos consultants to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Temenos Transact (T24) modules such as Accounts, Lending, and Payments.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and customizations.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Operations, and other departments to align platform capabilities with business needs.
• Manage and support data migration, system integration, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Provide post-implementation support, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers for business users and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards, and security policies.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Coordinate with Temenos support for upgrades, patches, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 37 years of experience in Temenos T24/Transact implementation, support, or enhancement.
• Strong understanding of core banking operations and banking product life cycles.
• Practical experience with Temenos modules such as Core, AA (Arrangement Architecture), Funds Transfer, or Lending.
• Familiarity with tools such as IRIS, TAFC/TAFJ, and Temenos Design Studio.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Java, or jBASE is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional project teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Temenos Certified Associate or Professional
• Experience with Temenos Infinity or other digital banking platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum implementation methodologies.
• Experience working with banks in the MENA or APAC region is an advantage.
