Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Shift: Pacific Standard Time

Job Overview

Sources resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc.

Handles diverse requisitions on Telecommunications, Engineering, Financial, and IT positions.

Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements; documents these interviews.

Responsible for recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building.

Direct communication with different Hiring Managers from start-up companies to enterprise ones like Microsoft, T-Mobile, Trueblue Inc, NHL, 343 industries, Amazon, Turn10,Symetra Financial, F5 Networks, etc

REQUIREMENTS:

Must haves:

At least 5 years of END-to-END US RECRUITMENT (Technical, Non-VMS)

Great communication skills

Proactive, collaborative, can work independently.

Adept with fast-paced environment and revenue driven environment

Adept with any or all of these tools (Dice, ZipRecruiter, LI Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, indeed, Github, etc)
