Role Description
We are hiring a Customer Success Executive to manage post-sales customer relationships, support account health, drive user adoption, and ensure customers receive value from the company's products or services. You will work closely with customers to understand needs, resolve concerns, support renewals or retention efforts, and coordinate internally to deliver a strong customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, people-oriented, and comfortable working with clients in a remote environment.
