Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Temenos Implementation Specialist to lead and support the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Temenos Core Banking solutions within our bank. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Temenos Transact (T24), banking operations, and end-to-end implementation processes. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, Temenos consultants, and technology partners to ensure successful delivery and integration of the system.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Temenos Core Banking (T24/Transact) modules (e.g., Accounts, Lending, Payments).
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into system configurations and customizations.
• Work with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and Risk to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business needs.
• Manage data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal security standards.
• Prepare documentation including configuration specs, process flows, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with Temenos support and product teams for patches, upgrades, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 37 years of experience in Temenos (T24/Transact) implementation or support.
• Strong understanding of banking products and operations.
• Hands-on experience with Temenos modules like Core, AA, Funds Transfer, or Lending.
• Experience with Temenos tools (e.g., IRIS, TAFC/TAFJ, Temenos Design Studio).
• Familiarity with SQL, Java, or jBASE is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Temenos Certified Associate or Professional.
• Experience with Temenos Infinity or other digital banking platforms.
• Experience in Agile implementation methodology.
• Experience working with banks in the MENA or APAC region is a plus.
