RPA Developer (UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism)

Role Purpose

As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining bots to automate high-volume, rule-based processes. Your work will directly improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across banking departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop automation workflows using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

• Integrate bots with core banking systems, ERPs, CRMs, Excel, APIs, and databases.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including test cases and support manuals.

• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to translate requirements into automation.

• Perform bot testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.

• 24 years of RPA development experience (UiPath/AA/Blue Prism).

• Certified in at least one RPA platform.

• Basic understanding of .NET, Python, or Java.

• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and API integration.

• Exposure to banking systems (Finacle, Temenos, etc.).

Bonus Skills

• Experience with OCR, NLP, or Power Automate.

• Familiarity with SBP regulations and banking compliance.
