HR Specialist
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled HR Resource to join our team. As a leading Employer of Record (EOR) and HR solutions provider, we require an HR professional who can support a wide range of human resources activities for our diverse client base.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR operations, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws across different regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client HR Support: Act as the primary HR point of contact for our clients, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and hiring to performance management, contract renewals, and exits.
- EOR Services: Oversee the administrative and HR-related tasks for employees hired on behalf of our clients, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- HR Compliance: Ensure that all HR operations comply with local, regional, and international labor laws and regulations.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, benefits, and other compensation elements.
- HR Documentation: Maintain employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation to ensure compliance with legal standards and company requirements.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging workplace environment through employee engagement initiatives and open communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a multi-client or EOR environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with HR software and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
