Role Description

We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead software engineering teams, support delivery quality, and help create a strong, scalable technical organization. This role combines people leadership, delivery oversight, team development, and engineering process improvement. You will work closely with product leaders, architects, and engineers to ensure that teams are set up for successful execution while also supporting technical growth, accountability, and healthy collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who can lead engineers effectively while maintaining a strong understanding of software delivery and team performance.
