Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in the service industry, specifically HR services, to support international business growth. The ideal candidate will be confident in international calling, experienced in B2B client acquisition, and familiar with SAP Ariba portal handling and bid coordination.

This role requires someone who understands how HR service providers operate globally, including staffing, recruitment, employer of record (EOR), payroll, and contract-based services.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for HR services in international markets (USA, UK, Middle East, Europe).

  • Conduct outbound international sales calls, follow-ups, and virtual meetings with prospective clients.

  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Prepare proposals, service presentations, and commercial discussions with clients.

  • Build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR heads, procurement teams, and vendors.

SAP Ariba & Procurement Portals

  • Manage SAP Ariba portal activities, including:

    • Vendor registration

    • RFQ/RFP participation

    • Bid submission and documentation coordination

    • Compliance and profile updates

  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documents for portal-based submissions.

  • Track tender timelines, responses, and outcomes.

Market & Client Knowledge

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of HR services, including:

    • Recruitment and staffing

    • Contract and project-based hiring

    • Employer of Record (EOR)

    • Global payroll and compliance support

  • Research international markets, competitors, pricing models, and service demand.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within a service-based organization.

  • Prior exposure to HR services, recruitment firms, staffing agencies, or outsourcing companies.

  • Proven experience in international calling and B2B sales.

  • Working knowledge of SAP Ariba portal handling or similar procurement platforms.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to manage multiple leads, portals, and follow-ups independently.

Preferred

  • Experience dealing with international clients in HR, procurement, or professional services.

  • Familiarity with tendering, vendor onboarding, and compliance documentation.

  • Understanding of global hiring models and HR outsourcing structures.

  • Experience working with CRMs and sales tracking tools.
