Global Talent Acquisition Operations Contractor

 Job Description:

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive remote Global TA Operations Contractor to support our recruiting operations and project management initiatives during a coverage. In this 10-month role, youll ensure seamless operational continuity, drive progress on key projects, and provide hands-on support to our global TA teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track global TA operations projects, delivering timely updates and ensuring milestones are met.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HRIS, HR Ops, Legal, IT, Compensation, Global Mobility, and HRBPs to align on key initiatives.
  • Serve as the main contact for global TA operations requests and maintain consistency with the Global TA Playbook.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate escalations or new requests with external partners.
  • Leverage Power BI and Workday data to support reporting and insights needs.
  • Ensure compliance with global recruitment policies and processes.
  • Supervise the U.S. TA scheduling coordination process, including management of a TA Specialist.
  • Support ongoing TA operations and strategic priorities as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in TA Operations, HR Operations, or Project Management within a global organization.
  • Hands-on recruiting experience preferred.
  • Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills across multiple time zones.
  • Experience with Workday ATS a plus.
