Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global sustainability strategies, with a strong policy and regulatory focus
• Build and leverage industry partnerships and networks to advance our mission
• Represent the organization in high-level external forums, coalitions, and negotiations
• Collaborate with business development and engineering leaders to integrate sustainability across all functions
• Provide expert counsel on climate, energy, circular economy, ESG, and regulatory trends
• Influence internal and external stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and authority

What Were Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in sustainability, public policy, or a related global leadership role
• Demonstrated success influencing international policy or working within high-impact sustainability programs
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business acumen with a track record of building strategic partnerships
• Global perspective with a willingness to travel for extended periods as needed
• Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in scaling technology-driven sustainability initiatives
• Background in business development or engineering (or close collaboration with these teams)
• Multilingual abilities and international work experience
