What You'll Do

• Build and enhance Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automations that drive business intelligence and operational excellence.
• Develop and support data models, analytics, and AI-driven insights to identify new opportunities and improve decision-making.
• Design scalable, automated processes for large-scale data analysis and visualization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions and streamline business reporting.
• Create and refine predictive and prescriptive models to solve real-world challenges in energy operations.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in data analytics, database development, or the energy industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform toolsespecially Power Apps development (bring examples to your interview!).
• Curious, analytical mindset with a passion for AI, automation, and continuous improvement.
