Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the CRM system.

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

  • Handle returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
