ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Reports to: This position will report to the Director of Operations.
Objective: Provide administrative support to management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
General
Type correspondence, screen/take calls, maintain follow-up systems, schedule meetings and assist with various projects to keep office running productively and efficiently.
Achieve and maintain proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, ProCore and Computerease.
Operations Support
Prepare project close-out documents (Operations & Maintenance Manuals, including record drawings) promptly.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Ability to quickly identify problems and efficiently solve them.
- ComputerEase, Procore, Excel and Word experience preferred.
Physical Requirements: Lift and carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally more.
Education and experience:
- Administrative experience and/or training preferably in construction or trade
- 1-5 years of work-related experience in a related administrative construction expertise
